The apartment is located in a luxury-controlled access in a safe neighborhood in Arlington. The building is conveniently located close to schools, metro stations, DC, and many convenience stores. The unit features carpeted flooring, and each apartment comes equipped with a washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are large closets with ample storage space. Additionally, the building is a smoke and pet-free community. The building has several amenities, including a fully equipped gym, a common room, an IT center, and a business center where you can buy some snacks and soft drinks. There is also a swimming pool and a barbecue area on the second floor, and two other banquet rooms that can be reserved for any kind of occasion. The rent is $900 per month (utilities not included), and there is one shared bathroom with potential visitors in the hallway. Parking is available for $75 per month and please note that the utilities (water, electricity, Internet) cost around $50 per tenant.

My friend My friend and I are both females in our thirties and are currently in search of a roommate to share an unfurnished room in our three-bedroom apartment. We are two professionals who work full-time jobs. We are easygoing, respectful, and tidy people who enjoy cooking. Therefore, if you’re uncomfortable with people cooking or with cooking smells, this apartment may not be the best fit for you. Also, we highly value diversity in our unit and respect individuals from any background or culture. We’re looking for someone clean, tidy, respectful, and open-minded. Professionals of all kinds with hybrid schedules are welcome to apply. However, we prefer not to have individuals with a 100 percent work-from-home schedule.
