I have a second room for rent in a townhouse, share bathroom, very clean furniture, clean house looking for a clean roommate. Gas ,water, electric included . Room is furnished upon move in, however I can remove the furniture if you want it unfurnished. The house is minutes away from Naperville library and Neuqua Valley High School.

I am a 39 year old female. I live at the house with my two kids. I work a lot I barely home. Looking for a female roommate since the other room is already occupied by a female.We are looking for someone that will keep the house clean. I’m open to share everything in the house. I don’t smoke I would preferred a non-smoker but if you are a smoker, you can smoke outside.
