I have a nice room for rent in a townhouse, private bathroom, very clean furniture, clean house looking for a clean roommate. Gas ,water, electric included . Room will be completely empty upon move in. The room is unfurnished, but if you want it furnished, I can give it to you furnish. Couple minutes from the Naperville library and Neuqua Valley High School.

I am a 38 year old female. I live at the house with my two kids. I work a lot I barely home. Looking for someone that will keep the house clean. I’m open to share everything in the house. I don’t smoke I would preferred a non-smoker but if you are a smoker, you can smoke outside.
