Wendy's room

Extra room in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Single adult occupancy only. Washer and Dryer not included. Bathroom will be shared with 1 other person. Bills are included. Looking for someone that is employed outside the home. We are 5 minutes away from Target,Walmart and many others. It is also 15 minutes away major freeways like (15,5,78). We are a small family of three which includes myself, husband, and young daughter. We have someone else renting a room here(35 year old male) and he is a very hard worker so he hardly is home. We also have a puppy named Kylo (5 months old) and very sweet boy, he will be roaming around the house. My husband and I work from home during the week. A little about us ; We are big foodies and like trying new restaurants. When we are not out and about we love watching movies at home , pretty much homebodies. Thank you for your time.
