About the room
We have a beautiful furnished bedroom and private full bath for rent on Signal Mountain. The room is upstairs, private and quiet. We have a total of 4 bedrooms, we rent the 2 upstairs bedrooms, both have private large bathrooms. All linens are provided, the room is clean and move in ready. Refrigerator and microwave are included. The room has a large walk on closet.
The rental is for the room and bath only. No public areas are included.
Our home is 1/4 mile off the road, our driveway is bumpy. We are 30 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 30 minutes to Dunlap.
About the roomies
We are a retired straight, sober couple. We have a dog who lives solely downstairs. We are quiet and considerate.
