Furnished room wiyh full-sized bed close to downtown and highway entance, roads and driveway cleared quickly in winter, public transportation nearby, off-street parking, washer and dryer on-site. AC unit in bedroom (not pictured). Hallway space available for more storage (white desk in hallway is an over-the-bed rolling desk for your use.) Room is about 75sq feet not including hallway space. Exercise area in house available for use. Utilities split 3 ways.

Busy homeowner in mid-30s. Friendly, easy-going, keep to myself while enjoying a little chit-chat. Clean, vegetarian. I’m busy and like a quiet atmosphere. One other roommate to be determined. No parties, heavy drinking/drugs/smoking.
