I am looking for a roommate to take over the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

The apartment is a 2 bd/2 ba with 1,050 sq ft. I’m expecting rent to be about $2,500 a month split on a new lease (not including power/cable). The apartment has a decent amount of storage space as well. Price split can be negotiable once lease figure is known. I’ve been in this apartment since late 2018 and have furnishings in most of the shared spaces taken care of.

Photos included are not of the actual apartment, but the complex’s listed staged apartment. This apartment is a bit older than some of the renovated ones and my departing roommate’s things currently occupy the bedroom as to not give a great view of the space currently, but same floor plan, layout, appliances, etc.

It’s got close access to I-405, and complex parking and street parking available.

I’m a 38-year old that likes to golf, works in sports, and is looking for an easygoing individual to split the place. I’m quiet, respectful and tend to work a later schedule, though it varies (anytime from 11 AM to 11 PM is typical and stay up late).

Please no dogs (I like dogs, just don’t want to live with one). Cats would be OK (requires additional pet rent). And no smokers.
