20th Street

We are renting out one of the bedrooms of our apartment while we are away for 6+ months. We look for responsible and reasonable person to take care of our home when we are away.

Living room (shared with housemates) is furnished with sofa, coffee table, big size TV. All designer decorated.

There is a breakfast nook, in the kitchen with a farm table and chairs. Full stack kitchen, with cooking pots, glassware, china dishes. Amazing deck by the kitchen, looking to the back yard. All shared with housemates.

There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment.

This is a great apartment, full of sunlight. Recently painted. Very clean interiors.
