Kitchen has multiple appliances including gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and more. In house laundry.

$900 per month not including electric and wifi. Everything is walking distance (groceries, shops, salons, etc.). 3 min walk to the bus station. 25 min walk to Hoboken Path.

Room is available may 1st, but move in date can be flexible

Room is unfurnished, but if needed i can leave queen size bed and mattress for additional price (used for less than a year, great condition)

Unfortunately pets are not allowed

You’ll be living with 2 girls in their twenties. They are friendly and keep the place very clean. They take turns to clean the living and kitchen area and throw trash. They have friends who come and chill at our place at times and at times sleepovers too. In their free time they go out shopping or watch a movie.
