I have a 2 bedroom apartment with 2.5 bathrooms, I want to rent the second bedroom to a professional. You will have a bathroom to yourself, a fully furnished bedroom with built in closet, internet , water and electricity included. The apartment is 35mjns from NY with the 116 bus right 3mins from the house that would take you to port authority in Manhattan NYC. There is a gym 5mins walk from the house and other amenities. I am an IT engineer with a 9 to 5 job Monday to Friday

I live alone, I am an IT professional, I drink but I don’t smoke. I have a 9-5 job in NY and when I get back from work I spend most evenings in the gym then dinner and bed.
