Rooms available in Windsor Palms resort community, off 192 behind Margaritaville. Third floor condo, month-to-month possible. Two rooms have shared bathroom. Full size bed can be made available for each room. $1000/month per room all inclusive. LGBTQ+ friendly, no smoking of any kind of the property.
Windsor Palms is a gated resort community with many amenities, which include a community pool, basketball court, sand volleyball court, tennis/pickle ball court, playground, movie theater, arcade, fitness center, tiki bar, and convenience store.
$900/month includes use of private bedroom, shared bathroom, kitchen, and living spaces. Electricity, water, wifi, cable, and valet trash are also included. I have two cats so I prefer no more pets, but they can be discussed on an individual basis.
