I’m a 27 year old female looking for a female roommate (age 25-32) to share a 2 bedroom one bath in Roseville near TJ Maxx shopping center. Great location. The bedroom is an extra large 14’2“ x 15’4“ plus a 14 foot long closet. Also includes a covered parking spot. Second story unit is furnished except for the bedroom. Unfortunately no pets or smoking/ vaping. Minimal overnight guests and no parties. Must go through a credit check and sign a one year lease. The bed in photo is not included.
