Recently updated, it’s a bright and airy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo that features engineered hardwood flooring, new appliances (brand new unused kitchen), custom paint, accent walls, an updated bathroom, and more. This residence is in a great location, being less than a 15-minute walk from the Salisbury University campus and a mile to downtown Salisbury! Utilities are included in the rent. Hey, I just moved in and am looking for a roommate starting mid-September! I’m an undergrad student at Salisbury University, the apartment is within walking distance to it. I’m pretty easygoing, a good communicator, I prefer things to be clean. I can keep to myself or be your friend, honestly it’s up to you. Everything will be fully furnished, I’ll update with photos when it’s ready. I don’t smoke and rarely drink, during school I’m really busy. I prefer a quiet, peaceful environment. I like doing all sorts of arts and crafts.
