Our house is a Tri-level and all bedrooms are upstairs. The bedroom that is listed is a Standard bedroom with a closet and ceiling fan. The room is made up like a boys room but you can change it . The is parking on the street . All utilities are included.

My husband and our cats have been in the house for over 30 years. My friend lives in the other room . You have to be cat friendly and pay the rent on the first of the month . Be respectful and responsible.
