Property is a spacious house in a well located quiet Irvine neighborhood. Very bikeable. Friendly neighbors and a park right next door. 12 minutes from Spectrum Center and 18 from UCI. Tons of kitchen space with a gas stove, dishwasher, farmhouse kitchen sink, two ovens, and two fridges (one in the garage). In unit laundry and dryer. Full house water filter. Room is plenty big enough for a queen mattress, two desks, and a dresser. Wide closet with sliding doors spanning the entirety of one wall (closet shelving included). Shared unconnected bathroom with another bedroom that we are also looking to lease.

I’m Jonathan, I’ve been living here for 2 years now with my partner Glory. We’re in our mid twenties and looking for other like-minded young professionals. I’m an engineer and Glory is looking for work as a business major. We’re more introverted but like to cook and share meals. The occasional party or event is fine. Just be respectful of each other! As long as you clean up after yourself, don’t bother the neighbors, are low drama, and are mindful of the other’s you live with you’ll be perfect. Good communication is key! Also we don’t mind guests.
