Females roommate preferred $600 and flat fee of $100 for utilities This is a 4 bdr family home in Savannah which borders Little Elm. Aubrey and Prosper .Washer and dryer is available for your use. We are a married couple with a 9 year old son and adult daughter. We have an extra room that is unused. The room is partially furnished with a bed and desk. The bathroom will be shared with others. The house is usually quiet after 10pm. You are welcome to use the kitchen and we have an extra fridge for your food . Students are welcome the college is about 17 miles away. We have 3 cats in the house.
