I have furnished bedrooms available in my fairley new 4 bedroom 2 bedrooms house for rent. Shared bathroom. Utilities and WiFi are included in the rent. There is a required, non refundable fee of $450 along with first month’s rent. No pet allowed. My home is located 5 minutes from Walmart ,Yoke’s and gas stations. 10 minutes away from CBC for any college students looking to rent close by! There is a beautiful green backyard with patio furniture, bbq grill, refrigerator ect.
