Furnished room, laundry and kitchen privileges on a family-friendly cul-de-sac. I am located one block from Auburn-Folsom Rd & approx 3 miles from hwy 80. Weimar university, Sierra College, William Jessup University and El Dorado Center are all 20 minutes from here. Or, Grass Valley and Nevada City are an easy 25/30 min. A leisurely walk down Auburn-Folsom road will bring you to Old Town Auburn for great fun and food. We also have a pizza parlor, Subway Sandwich and Mexican food one block from the house as well as a convenient store on the corner.
As I am widowed there is no one else living in the property but me, myself, and I. And, of course whoever rents my two rooms.
