We have 2 private rooms available with a shared bathroom and 1 master bedroom available with a private bathroom. The rooms will come furnished or unfurnished. Either way works for us. The interior of this home has been recently remodeled, including the bathrooms. The home has a nice front yard with a fence around it and a small newly landscaped backyard with 2 covered patios. We have plenty of street parking. Its situated in North Bakersfield. ALL utilities included and paid by Landlord. Washer and Dryer on site. We pride ourselves on delivering a clean, safe and affordable home. Every tenant must pass a background and credit check to assure a safe environment for everyone. 1 person per room.
