I’m moving out of my apartment due to a job relocation and I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this 2-bedroom 1-bath apartment. The bedroom is spacious and features a big closet and beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s plenty of space for a queen-sized bed, nightstand, desk, and even a small futon. You’ll share one bathroom with a large mirror and a shower with a tub. The living room area has two separate closets, one of which would be yours to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and air fryer. Additionally, there’s central AC/heating, with one unit in the living room and one in each individual bedroom.

Building amenities: The building is absolutely stunning, built just 4 years ago in 2020. It offers many amenities including a doorman, business lounge, locked package room, recreation room, movie theater, laundry facilities, a beautiful courtyard, and a roof deck with amazing city views.

Location: The area is fantastic and very safe, with numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. The C train (a 13-minute ride to lower Manhattan) and S train are literally across the street, making it incredibly convenient. The G train is less than a 15-minute walk away. There’s also a grocery store and Blink gym on the same block.

Price: Rent is $2075.00 per month, with utilities (WiFi and electricity) averaging $150-$190 per month depending on the season.

Availability: The room is available starting June 1st, 2024, with the possibility to renew the lease for a 12-month period starting October 1st, 2024.

You’ll be living with my fantastic female roommate, who is a graduate student. I’ve had the pleasure of living with her for the past year, and it’s been an absolute breeze. She’s incredibly quiet, clean, respectful, and communicative. I’ve had no issues with her at all, and I truly love having her as a roommate.
