Room large enough for king size bed, large window, includes basement storage, use of washer/dryer. Nice community area for walking, neighbors friendly. Relatively low traffic other than mild impact of school buses.

I am a renter and my landlord will require anyone else be added to the lease therefor asking advertised rent is estimated expectation of landlord + utilities to be negotiated. I’m a single father whose children may visit from time to time but the frequency has greatly reduced.
