Master bedroom available in a great location in Clairemont! 15 minutes away from everything! My boyfriend and I are moving out and looking to fill the master with a single or couple who can live here and get your own private space. There’s a garage with a home gym setup and tons of space/storage, backyard, kitchen with most utensils/tools.

You’ll be living with 2 guys in their late 20s, one works from home and the other out of the house. You’re more than welcome to work from home as well as there will be tons of space to set up your own “office” if needed.

The 2 roommates are very easy-going and mainly keep to themselves. All people in this home do their part to keep public spaces tidy, so cleanliness is not a concern.
