Your cost: $950/month rent plus $120-150 utilities (seasonally dependent) paid before last day of month. $950 first month’s rent plus refundable $950 security deposit due before move-in. Requires both a background check and credit check; fees to be paid to landlord. Your income must be 3X monthly rent.
Pets: $250 nonrefundable deposit/pet; $25/pet/month additional. Up to 2 medium-sized well behaved dogs allowed; home insurance disallows large breeds. Cats not preferred unless you cleanup frequently.
Parking: garage parking for 1 mid-size vehicle & 1 vehicle in driveway. The lease limits guests & overnight parking.
Guests: mild-mannered, respectful guests ONLY. Lease agreement limits live-in guests.
Landlord: Responsive and handles maintenance and repairs.
