Washer and dryer in unit, all utilities and internet included. Common area space is available kept tidy with plenty of room for furniture or storage. Parking is also included and readily available in front of the building. Pool included and open during the summer. Walkable access to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods, public library, and park.

Current lease extends to November. Move in dates are flexible. You will need to qualify with the apartment management company to be added to the lease (pay stubs or other proof of income required for that process).

Currently two male roommates in the other rooms and sharing the second bathroom. One late thirties, government employee and PhD student. The other an older gentleman working part-time and preparing for retirement. Both quiet, clean, and tidy. We’ve lived here for over a year and love the complex.
