Greenwood Forest is an established, safe, and beautiful neighborhood. Living in the townhouses you get the best of all worlds – affordability while having all of the perks of being surrounded by much pricier homes. You’d get a private room in my 2 bed, 1.5 bath, which comes furnished but if you’d like to bring your own furniture that’s fine too. Looking for a respectful, communicative roommate who loves animals (my 2 dogs are very friendly and my cat stays in my room). I’m a 20-something professional who works from home but I spend many of my evenings out and about, whether it’s grabbing a beer at the pub with friends, thrift shopping, or taking my dogs to the park. I love getting to know new people and love good conversation, but I also love my space and will respect yours as well. I believe any roommate relationship, like any other relationship, relies on open communication.
