About the room
This is a massive house and I have the downstairs that has two bedrooms plus living room and kitchen area.
It’s a very nice area up the hill from the hospital in Hilo. A fully furnished bedroom is available. You would be sharing the bathroom with only me. It’s only about 10 mins to any stores in town, and a short walk from house to water falls and hiking trails.
It’s available to move in on June 1st. It is possible that June 15th could be available and even short term (depending on my arrangements with my landlord as I am subletting).
This is perfect for traveling nurse, doctor, or other professional (or even a student) for a place to land for a couple while looking for longer term. Or, if it works out long term is of course an option. There’s a private deck, your bedroom has a large closet, linens and comforter, dresser, night stand and lamp.
The bathroom has shower and Japanese style oversized tub, vanity with mirror, shelves, and towels. Kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, silverware, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Living room has tables, premium leather sofa, chairs, tables. Large flat screen smart TV.
The rent includes ALL utilities, cable TV stations, Netflix and other streaming platforms, and wifi (also requiring a refundable deposit). Blinds in all windows to reduce light or add to privacy. In the unit is a utility room with our own washer and dryer. As a bonus, there is a hot tub and heated salt water pool (34’ x 17ft, 5’ deep at shallow 7’ at deep end) just outside your sliding glass doors. There’s parking right in front of the house.
Very nice secure area! Multiple trails and waterfalls very close. Pool open year round, solar panel heated 80 - 88 degrees most of the year.
As I sort of mentioned above: I’m ideally looking for ONE PERSON, not a couple or family - as the space is too small for that. Also, sorry, no smoking and pets. Please don’t ask and thank you for understanding!
