The townhouse itself has Security System, Keyless Entry set in a modern tone and can be as smart or dum as you like, Wireless Sound though out to connect your personal Spotify, Apple, Pandora Play Lists. The home has a Modern Kitchen, Eating Area, Living Room and semi private Family Room (I very really use it and door can be shut for privacy. Small Outdoor Deck with a Natural Gas and High Top. Development is very quiet, 2 min to the Parkway offers a Salt Water Community Pool, Small Gym and Tennis Courts with a long term commitment.

Additional home office space is available for flexible use (maximum of 3 days per week) for an additional monthly fee. Storage Space outside your room is limited but we can discuss your needs.

I am a retired Financial Service executive, with my older Corgi (Maddie). Easy going, respectful and very upfront, and always ready for a few laughs. Your privacy is always respected and your honesty always expected. The shared areas of my home are always clean and neat, I would require it to remain that way but not in an OCD way. Please if you are not naturally a clean and neat person we are a good fit. I do not want it to be an effort for anyone, if it is it can and will lead to frustration.
