Private Room w/ bathroom available for rent 04/01/2024-09/30/2024 (lease can be extended after 6mo period if desired). You would be taking over my lease as I am moving out this month. Landlord is aware and accepting applications.
Includes shared 2 car garage (easily fits 2 cars) with lots of storage, shared kitchen, and shared living space. Beautiful mountain views and outdoor patio space.
Shared space is furnished, your bedroom/bathroom would be unfurnished.
One 31yo male+girlfriend living here
Water/trash utilities are included, Electric/heat/internet are split (roughly $160/mo total)
Includes free access to 4x Highlands Ranch rec centers (4x large gyms/pools/activities, they’re very nice)
Easy access to walking trail system, and grocery/market area. HOA manages exterior of building and landscaping, tenant is responsible for driveway snow shoveling if <6“
Small pets okay with non refundable $250 deposit
1st month+deposit due at signing ($2600). Tenant must have rental insurance, and pass background check/application.
No smoking of any kind on property
