Faiza's room

I have a beautiful, freshly renovated, three story sunkissed home, it’s a commuter’s paradise, edison train station is literally 0.5 miles a 12 minute walk. I want to rent out my basement which is a large around 350 sq ft finished and furnished room. No pets, no booze, no pork, no smoking, no male guests .

We are a small family of three, im an IT professional I work from home we do travel often.
