Hello! My friend and I are currently looking for a third roommate. We are in the process of applying to a 3 bed 3.5 bath brand new townhome off Madonna rd across from laguna lake and need one more person. We viewed the townhome yesterday and it’s amazing! Rent for the 3rd room is $1100 with your own bathroom and the deposit is $1750 each person. We’re looking for someone around the same age, no parting, clean, respectful and has no pets. The rental does not allow cosigners or pet’s.

A little about us we are two females in our mid twenties, both work full time and we like working out and going to the beach.
