Daven's room

We have 2 spare rooms so you’ll be able to choose which room is yours. Most of our place is furnished and we share common use items (pans, utensils, plates etc.) We do like things to be clean and keep up with it as well. Our lease term would be 1 year starting on May 30th. I’ve never lived in a safer neighborhood before and it’s honestly amazing to not worry about crime. It is HOA, the main thing is no parking on the street at night but we have room for 1 more car.

On of our roommates is moving out of state and we’re in need of another one. It would be two females(25 and 34) and one male (25). We also have two dogs an Aussie and Chihuahua. Two of us are students and have early morning jobs (wake up at 4am).
