Room for rent in a luxury home in a gated community located in Palm Springs. The home is located 4 miles from downtown with clubs, events, shopping and restaurants.

The end of the hall entry has privacy double doors. You will have the use front wing of the house. that includes a fully furnished bedroom with a microwave, a brand-new refrigerator/freezer, TV, storage baskets, closet, and brand new carpet. Pplenty of room for cozy chair in your bedroom.

The bathroom is shared with guests, shared laundry room with owner, and shared office are in the same wing of the house.

The home has two entrances and you have use of the backyard and patio thru the side yard. Your parking can be in the driveway or on our street.

Our Community has luxury resort style pools, and barbecue’s tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, walking trails, shuffle board and much more.

The utilities that are included are water, trash, and cable/internet. Gas and Electric are 50/50 percent each except for 3 summer months to be explained at your appointment to rent.

The updated luxury kitchen can be shared at a later date with a negotiable additional rent, if, the owner believes the living environment of owner and roommate will be amicable for each person.

The rent is 1,500.00 a month with a 350.00 deposit. The Rent Term is a month-to-month tenanacy. You must be income qualified as a retiree or your profession to all persons who are below the age of retirement.

All applications will be reviewed, and a criminal background check are a must for this home.

I am a retired lady with a social personality that enjoys NFL football, entertaining, E-biking, swimming, the blues, golf, preparing good cuisine, travel, and much more. I keep my home clean, organized and inviting. I would like my roommate to have that same quality of respect for the home. I have two dogs. Therefore, sorry no pets allowed.
