Please note: A meet and greet will be required if you have a dog as we currently have a red golden retriever (very sweet) living here. Utilities include: Electric, gas, water, and WiFi. 1 mile from Rosslyn, and walking distance to Court House. Has hardwood floors, a shared bathroom with one other, and is dog friendly. Rent is $975.50 per month, with one month security deposit. Utilities typically range from $150-220 each month. Applicants must complete a rental application and authorize a background check.

Three other women share the home, each person has their own bedroom. Everyone kind of keeps to themselves but we are social. We do enjoy going out every now and again but mostly out to dinner, winery/brewery, or hanging out for a game night. Ages range from 25-35.
