You would get your own room and bathroom to furnish, decorate, and maintain however you please. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and decorated and was lovely, homey vibe. The apartment is walking distance from a storage rental facility, a Target, food places, and a grocery store. You would pay half of everything and pay me directly.

Hello! My name is Holly and I’m looking for a roommate following a break up. I have a cat named Frankie who is very friendly and curious and is likely to warm up to any pets you might bring with you. As a roommate, I believe in a community living space and a more than fine sharing things. I try to clean every Sunday and would love someone who would chip in to help keep the place tidy. As a person, I love reading, watching Netflix, and playing video games. I also enjoy a night out with friends and can get along with most anyone. I am a morning person, but get up and out the door very early for work (I try to leave by 5:30AM). My lease ends in mid-June, but if living together works out well, then I’d be open to re-signing the lease with you officially on it.
