North Irving Street

Two private rooms with tons of storage available in house with a huge backyard, free parking, 2.5 blocks from the Clarendon Metro. Gas and charcoal grills in the back yard, Fire pit and plenty of room for gardening and entertaining.

One room has two (2) standard closets. The other has a smaller closet with a private storage room (or walk-in wardrobe if you prefer).

We are close to countless restaurants, bars, stores and transportation. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are both conveniently located in our neighborhood.

Shared spaces include a large food pantry with two refrigerators, a full kitchen with a gas stove, separate dining room as well as a furnished living room.

I (Angel) am a GM of a restaurant bar in the neighborhood. In a former life I used to be an professional entertainer (musical theatre and circus arts) and a cosmetologist. Fun fact, I speak 7 languages, not fluent in all but can get by. I love to cook and share my creations. I’m social but I value and respect personal space and time.

The other roommate is a server at a local restaurant in the neighborhood. Her name is Yagnini (sounds like panini but with a Y) and she is a part time dog mom to an English Springer Spaniel named Frida. She enjoys naps and going out to visit her friends.
