LEASE TAKEOVER: Hi! I am looking for someone to takeover my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in North Fresno. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to Fresno State. The apartment complex is called Dominion Courtyard Villas. The lease ends on July 6th, but you could resign as soon as it ends. You wouldn’t have to worry about deposit. The rent is 1801. It’s about 1990-2,000 a month including PG &E, Wifi, utilities. The complex has a nice pool, hot tub, and fitness center. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. I love this apartment, I am just looking to find someone take over due to moving to a different state.

There will be no roommates. Looking for someone to take the lease. The lease ends on July 6th, but you can re sign it. You wouldn’t have a security deposit.
