About the room
About the room: My current roommate is leaving her spacious master bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit in El Segundo. The room has an attached private bath and a walk-in closet. It is available for move in now!
About the apartment: The living room is large and fully furnished with a fireplace. It has a full sized kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. We also have a small outdoor patio. Washer and dryer are located in the unit. You will be responsible for half of the Internet, gas, and electric bills monthly (about $50 total on average per month). You also have a garage parking spot which has ample storage space. The place is a few blocks away from Downtown El Segundo with parks and the beach also close by.
About you: I am looking for someone (preferably female) to take over the room who is in their mid-20’s to early 30’s and is responsible, courteous, very clean, laid back, and has a full-time job. You’ll be living with a female in her late 20s who works full time in the aerospace sector. You must be able to pass a credit check. No couples and no pets.
