The room itself is a good size and has a closet. East facing window into the backyard that lets in good natural light. The apartment itself is on the smaller side, but it’s cozy. Roommate is really nice and you can decorate however you’d like. Kitchen has gas range and all the appliances you would need. In-unit (garage) washer and dryer. Good sized backyard which is amazing in the summer especially for Stern Grove concerts! Easy street parking. Safe and walkable neighborhood. L Bus on Taraval is just a 2 block walk away which can get you to West Portal Muni Station.

I am the one moving out! My roommate is in his early 30’s. He’s fairly quiet and does his one thing. Works 9-5 hours out of the house. Kind and clean . I’m sure a Male roommate is preferable, but doesn’t have to be!
