Angelo's room

This property is a 3 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. The bedroom for rent is the master bedroom with its own full private bathroom. Kitchen is shared with myself (who is rarely home) and has a balcony for sunbathing or smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside as the apartment is equipped with fire alarms and sprinkler system (dishwasher & microwave). Walls are thin so respect for neighbors at all hours is expected considering we all have different schedules. I expect good hygiene in one’s own bedroom and bathroom and even more so in the kitchen as well. There is plenty room for parking out front.

Im a pretty laid back person who enjoys my peace, I love to sleep. I enjoy good conversation and drinks on occasion. I’m very respectful and expect the same of others. Looking to roommate with an individual who is clean, disciplined, educated, has held a steady job or at least had a job and in school.
