New to the area? Looking for a quiet area with friendly people? Need a place till the next school year? This is the room for you! Our rental is in a quiet, suburban area - Broadmoor in southern Colorado Springs. We’re about ten minute’s walk from several cafes, restaurants and shops. Downtown Springs is about ten minutes drive away.

Our property is spacious, with plenty of space for all of us. There’s a large garage with space for two cars, plus driveway space for more. We’ve got a large garden, with patio and outdoor storage space. There’s an open plan living/dining space and a washing room. We’ve also got a kitchen with full white goods. There’s a shared bathroom with a jacuzzi-style bath and shower.

Your room is mid-sized, with ample storage space, a double bed can be provided if you like.

We’re a clean pair, so would be looking for someone similarly minded. We both work and are happy to socialise/not socialise as you’d prefer. Both our pets are quiet and well behaved and will happily hangout or leave you alone as you’d like.

Rent is paid monthly, which includes full insurance. We like to split bills, which are based on usage. You’d be taking over the leasing agreement.

The room can be unfurnished or part finished (bed, built in closet/shelves, and wall shelves). The rest of the house is fully furnished.

Hi, we’re Rachel and Ellen and we’re looking for a roommate to join us in our three-bed rental in the Broadmoor area of Colorado Springs.

We’re two females in our late twenties, so would be looking for someone similar to join us (though we’re open to meeting!). We live with a dog and a cat who are both very well behaved.
