Single family ranch home on a cul-de-sac with a decently sized room, large closet space and a private full bath across the hall. Quiet, safe neighborhood includes 2 private outdoor pools (open Memorial day through Labor day,) basketball court, tennis and pickleball courts, fields, and walking paths.

Attached garage with space available for small to mid-size car and some attic storage available. Washer and drier use available (we can work out a rotation). Large kitchen. Wood burning fireplace with cozy sitting area. Relatively private backyard with sun and shade combo.

10 minutes from Crocker Park, Great Northern, and 10 min or less from 90, 480 and 80.

I work from home and have two kids 10 and 3, and the friendliest dog in the world (morkie, non-shedding, low allergen.) We waffle back and forth from being home bodies and weekend adventurers. We’re happy to include you in some of our local adventures or leave you be.

No cigarettes anywhere on the property, vaping ok outside. As for cana, I just don’t want to smell it. I don’t personally partake, but I don’t really care if you use it (outside if smoking it.)

Open to considering a single parent looking for one room with infant-toddler. Not open to having late night or overnight guests unless pre-arranged for a time when the kids are sleeping over at a grandparent’s house.
