Nice house, safe community and friendly / quiet atmosphere. HOA provides clean parks inside the neighborhood with trails to use. On bus route, close to hiway 522 for east side commute and 20 minutes from Everett.

I’m older but outgoing, I’ll be gone a lot. I have a kitty but he’s 17 and friendly. I have 3 roommates but they only make me feel safe, one of them I hardly never see, the other is out of the house working 7 days a week. No smoking in the house, but outside area in the back with cover is great for smoking or sun bathing … roommates never ever cook in the kitchen. Parking is easy
