It’s a cute 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Central Logan Looking for 2 people to take over our lease and rent both rooms or looking for 1 person to rent our 2nd room

$600 for the smaller room, 750 for the larger room. Or 1300/month for the whole apartment and about $75 for (shared) utilities Both have decent sized closets, larger room is fairly big, smaller room is decent sized.

There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, covered parking. Living room is furnished. 2 minute walk from the bus stop. No pets

There is no application, there is a deposit that is equal to your 1st months rent we are willing to help cover some of the deposit if needed

The lease ends in August with the possibility to renew

We mainly stick to ourselves and are easy to get along with . We are respectful and responsible, we will respect your privacy and your belongings. We cleanup after ourselves. If you room with us we want you to feel like it’s just as much your apartment as ours, feel free to put your own things wherever, move things if need and we want you to feel comfortable speaking your mind!
