Looking for roomies. Shared House. Two rooms available in a Single-Family Home. This rooms will share a bathroom with another roomie. Price can be negotiated if stay longer than 6 months. All utilities are included (electric, water, wi-fi). No smoking inside the house.

The rooms are available starting May 1, 2024. We can prorate by days if needed.

The Home has a total of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is currently occupied so the other 2 rooms share one bath.

Residents enjoy community events and access to a host of community amenities, including walking trails, fishing ponds, tennis courts, a community pool, playground and 15 acre park, providing endless opportunities for recreation and leisure

The house is located in Valrico, right next to everything. 5 minutes to groceries (Publix, Walmart). 20 minutes to Brandon Mall with all the shopping and restaurants. Private Golf Course walking distance. 35 minutes to downtown Tampa, Amature Works, Riverwalk, USF, Busch Gardens, etc.

Room is already furnished including new bed, smart TV and small fridge. Fully stocked kitchen and on-site laundry. You can call this home.

Tenants will be honest and respectful, respecting all the common areas, and cleaning after themselves immediately after use (kitchen, sink, dining and bathroom area) so that other people can use them when they need. Have good credit history and never been evicted.

The current tenant is clean and respectful, looking for a similar person. Preferred age between 26 and 35 years old so roomies can be compatible with their life expectations. Quiet hour is from 10 PM to 8 AM. No cooking, laundry, or any loud sound during this time.
