Elizabeth's room

We have a single bedroom that will become available for move-in April 1st. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and neighbors are kind and watch out for each other😁You will have access to the kitchen/dinning area, living room, backyard, and washer/dryers. There is street parking available out front or on the side of the neighborhood.

This is a co-ed home; we welcome friendship and want to have a great time. We are working adults trying to keep this home a safe and clean haven. One other person (male) is currently living in the master bedroom. He is friendly, respectful, minds his manners and has become a great and reliable friend. He works most of the time and is hardly home. I am the other person living in the home, whom you will be sharing the hallway bathroom with. I work remotely Mon-Fri from morning to evening. We enjoy going out together (dutch bros, pizza or winco runs), playing video games, card or board games and pool.

We have rules and expectations in our home/culture. Here are a few of them:

• No smoking at all/excessive drinking/drama.

• No overnight guests (no exceptions).

• Rent expected to be paid by the 1st of the month— please be responsible.

• Weekly restroom cleaning (we can create a schedule) since we will be sharing a restroom; guests will also use it so we ask you to be mindful.

• Must be okay with cats; If you don’t like cats this may not be the place for you.

• Respect the home and everyone living here by following the rules and being mindful that this is someone else’s home; we are all following the same rules. We are here to preserve the home.

We run a tight ship to ensure our safety, our family/friends, pets and that of our neighbors.
