I have 2 private bedrooms for rent with private bathrooms for each in Suwanee. It is maybe 10 minutes from the heart of Suwanee. We are around 15 minutes from the center of Cumming. We are around 15 minutes from Buford. It is a beautiful property with private backyard and parking. The kitchen has just been redone, and all of the flooring has just been redone as well. We installed new flooring. There is no carpet. It is an awesome place to live and very relaxed. I show the common areas (living room, kitchen and laundry room) so you can see the space we are going to share.
