2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Beaverton. You’ll have a private room and bathroom. The apartment is already mainly furnished (your room and bathroom will be unfurnished), but if you have furniture to bring we can discuss options. Balcony and windows overlook a creek, so nobody to look into the windows. 5 to 10 minutes away are lots of grocery/restaurant/shopping options.

I am a laid-back individual who enjoys playing video games, watching a favorite show, reading, and exploring. I like to keep things clean, especially common areas, but won’t nag if say the dishes are left in the sink for a night. Looking to find someone with similar interests who I get along with and is open to hanging out at least some of the time. I tend to be quieter and don’t enjoy having lots of people over, but totally fine if you have a couple friends over. I work remote so I will be home most days. I have a blind older cat, who unfortunately prefers a solo animal home. Currently the lease will be lasting until early July, as you’d be replacing an old roommate, so if you’re looking for a temporary place that works, or if you’re looking for something long term I am hoping to resign the lease when it’s up for at least another year! Ideally I’d like to hang out a couple times before making any decisions, so let’s get to know each other if you think this may be a good fit!
