Hi there! My roommate and I have one private bedroom available to rent starting April 1st until our lease ends in mid August. The bedroom has its own decent sized closet and window looking out onto 17th st. Outside the bedroom, the house is fully furnished with a couch, ottoman, and tv in the living room and kitchenware. The house has a large garage with brand new washer and dryer, 2 car driveway and on street parking in front, a spacious full fenced in backyard with a fire pit, shed, Italian plum trees, blackberry bushes, and rosemary bush. Utilities are spilt evenly between 3 roommates and usually amount to just over $100 per month.

The two remaining roommates are myself, 23yo who works full time and is starting grad school in June, and a 24yo male who is a student and works part time. We hang out most weekends, are 420 friendly, and like spending time together in common spaces so we’d hope that you would too! I also have a 30 lb dog who is very friendly but still a puppy so we’d prefer no other animals. We are open to any gender (I have a preference towards having another female roommate).
