Evan's room

Room is cozy with a fairly new bed Home is located in a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood with easy access to I-95, Florida Turnpike, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Also, Wilton Manors is located approximately 6 miles away for dining out, bars, shows and theatre.

I work from home and live with one other roommate who has been staying here for 7 years. We are both very clean and respectful of each other’s space and privacy. We are both very easy-going and maintain a “drama free environment. I do have a small Frenchie dog on the premises who is potty trained, friendly and does not bark.

My roommate and I are both gay so I have a preference for another gay male, but will consider someone who is not gay as long as they are not a homophobe or a crazy person.

The house does have 5 bedrooms, so even with 3 people living here we will still have 2 extra rooms for potential visitors from time to time. There is also a 3rd cabana bathroom by the pool area. It’s a lovely home and I would like someone who will respect the property and help keep it clean.
