Northwest 18th Avenue

I have a two bedroom apartment in the Pearl District and I’m looking to rent out the second bedroom to someone who needs a short term arrangement. I live on the fourth floor, facing the hills. Lots of food and coffee options at a walkable distance. There’s an LA fitness a few blocks from my building as well. I keep a clean and cozy home. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable, and that you also maintain the space. I have two very sweet kittens that reside here as well. The apartment has a washer and dryer, one bathroom, and a decently large living room that you’re welcome to. I have a desk in the bedroom that I can leave for you if needed, or I can move it elsewhere.

I live alone here with two cats that have great temperaments. No obligation to take care of or tend to the kitties.
