This house is a lovely four bedroom home with a pool and jacuzzi in a beautiful neighborhood. Quiet house, quiet neighborhood. We - the owner and roommate - are professionals 62 and 63. One works at home; the other not at home. We enjoy a quiet, comfortable, clean and wholesome lifestyle. The bedroom is unfurnished but a bed and tv will be provided if necessary. The renter will also be provided with a pantry and medium size refrigerator. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and shared with one other person. The rent includes all utilities except for internet and tv. The renter can get Cox Renter’s internet and tv for $50 per month. We would prefer animal lovers as we have two small, shy cats. No additional pets please. Smoking is okay outside. References and verification are required.
